Back Country Session IPA

Uncompromising in quality, the aromas and taste of our Session IPA springs of the floral, piney, and fresh senses you find while backpacking in the back country. Light copper in color, this thirst quencher drinks easy, yet packs full of northwest American hops to liven the senses. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Indiana Forest Alliance.

We brewed our Session IPA in a partnership with the Indiana Forest Alliance to help bring the Back Country into focus. The 5% of untouched forestry that is to be appreciated for its native deciduous landscape is coming under assault by the logging industry. Help preserve the beauty and splendor that is uniquely Hoosier forestry.

Hopstradamus Imperial IPA

Offering a bright copper color with aromas of dried apricot and pine, it is sure to please the most experienced hop-loving beer drinker. First striking the palate with a malty sweetness and medium to heavy-bodied mouthfeel, Hopstradamus transitions to resinous and piney hop flavors with balanced bitterness.

Malts: Pale, Vienna

Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Falconer's Flight

ABV: 10.8% • IBU: 71

Java Porter

Traditional style, robust porter brewed with freshly roasted beans from Brown County Coffee.

Malts: Pale, Munich, Caramel 60, Black, Chocolate, Aromatic

Hops: East Kent Golding, Mt. Hood

ABV: 5.1% • IBU: 20 • O.G.: 13.5˚

Kölsch

As the only German all barley pale ale, Kölsch Ale brings the full flavor of an ale with the crispness and refreshing quality of a lager. Light gold in color, Kölsch brings a sweet aromatic grain and earth notes to the nose. Delicate German pilsner malt sweetness rings throughout and is balanced by the bitterness of Tettnanger hops, all while remaining fresh and light.

Krampus Imperial Black IPA

With its toasty malt aromas, Krampus Imperial Black India Pale Ale invites your senses along on a dark and scary hop resin ride. Dry-hopped with citrusy, spicy varietals, the beer has intense hoppiness up front with a smooth finish.

Malts: Pale, Perla Begra, Caramel 60, Carafa III, Chocolate Wheat

Hops: Nugget, Simcoe, Cascade, Falconer's Flight, Citra, Mosaic, Lemon Drop, Centennial

Simcoe Kid

Brewed with 100% Simcoe™ hops, Simcoe Kid is a vibrant and amber-hued ale with sweet passionfruit aromas. Bold pine and grapefruit flavors mingle with each sip. Medium-bodied with a dry, resinous, and refreshing finish.
