Kirkwood Cream

Light, friendly, and easy-going, Kirkwood Cream Ale is perfect for just about any avenue.

Traditionally brewed, flaked maize adds a subtle sweetness and Liberty hops provide a gentle, floral finish.

Ruby Bloom Amber

Rooftop IPA

Golden with a smooth mouthfeel. Dry hopped with Cascade. Malt undertones balance this hop bomb before its long, bold and bitter finale.

BACK COUNTRY SESSION IPA

Eight different hop varieties were packed into this bright session IPA. Working in harmony, these hops give this crushable IPA tremendous floral, citrus, and piney hop flavor and aroma — perfect for backpacking Indiana’s wonderful forests.

Empire Lager

Clean, easy drinking as a beer can be. This traditional Munich Helles style lager is brewed to be refreshing. Overall flavor is mild and approachable. Dominant mild grain flavor with crisp lager notes. Subtle herbal and floral notes are a delicate compliment to the smooth malt base. Low bitterness.

10-Speed Mosaic Wheat

Like any early morning summer ride through the Indiana countryside, 10-Speed Mosaic Wheat is golden and hazy with earthy pine and tropical fruit notes rippling throughout each sip.

Mosaic hops bring their unique aromas of crisp citrus and pineapple, creating a finish full of single-hopped bliss.

JAVA PORTER

A Winter staple at BBC for over 20 years, Java Porter combines roasted and toasted malts to produce a creamy classic porter.

Earthy European hops compliment the flavors of the dark malts, while cold brewed Brazilian coffee — dark and medium-roasts from Brown County Coffee — give our Java Porter that sensuous rich flavor without any added bitterness.
